Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My place has been vacant for a while and I'd like to rent it out, now that I am not occupying the space. What do you love about this place? Love Love the location. Its on 1ave and 30th street. Literally close to everything cool about NYC. It is also close the New Ferries that take you to Williamsburg, Dumbo, Wall Street, Jersey and more! The train system is close by and easy walk to Times Square. But far enough where its not too crazy right in Time square. I currently have another place not too far. So I can be available pretty much when ever What isn't so great about this place? This area gets pricey. But it's New York what can you expect?
