Seeking one roommate for 3 months. Room available Room in Prime Ridgewood Neighborhood: Super close to Brooklyn Location: Myrtle Ave and Forest Ave We have a room available in our 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment in the heart of Ridgewood for March 1st as our roommate is leaving. And we would like to have someone move in for the remainder of the lease The Apartment: Three bedrooms, living room with comfy furniture, a large tv with Netflix, HBO GO, Amazon Prime and Hulu Plus!! Our Kitchen is huge and well stocked with brand new appliances including a dishwasher so if you love to cook, this is the one for you! There's a lovely bathroom that you'll share with one other person in the apartment. The room is cozy with 2 closets, lovely light and beautiful hardwood floors. Can fit a twin bed and a dresser. $800/month not including utilities which tend to run about $100/month for internet, gas, ConEd, etc. Security deposit $800 required for move in. Groceries/laundry/pharmacy/res taurants are all within a block radius. Who we are: We are two 30-something ladies and a cute 8 year old dog named Kudo. We are both professional women with classic 9 - 5 jobs who are respectful and down to earth. Dog is a hypoallergenic Lhasa Apso mix who mostly hangs out in his crate and eats snacks in the living room. Who we're looking for: Must love dogs. We're looking for a respectful and considerate roommate who is looking for a clean and peaceful apartment to come home to. Good communication is necessary. You should be easy going and easy to get along with. Must be employed and able to pay rent consistently and on time.
