Private room in Bushwick, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My current renter has gotten their own place so looking for someone to take the room. What do you love about this place? Great location, close to trains, lots of sunlight, backyard What isn't so great about this place? First floor so not ideal for those sensitive to outside sound. It's not a ton of noise, but you can hear a truck drive by or if loud people are near the window.
