Ground floor apartment, never had rats/mice here -livingroom gets bright indirect sunlight -management and Super are very sweet and awesome -have never had loud music from neighbors past 8pm -Awesome food literally down the block What isn't so great about this place? -Super handles urgent matters super quick and efficient but might need to nudge him on non-urgent matters -Management accepts rent via check and sometimes doesn't cash them in timely (has been better recently). I never got hit with late fee due to this
