Private room in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I recently moved out of the apartment to find space for my photo studio, looking for a sublet until lease end. What do you love about this place? I love the natural light throughout the apartment, I would rarely use electricity in the daytime. The location is right next to a park which I would go to frequently. There is great food in the area as well as great people that are relaxed and kind. What isn't so great about this place? The room was smaller than what I needed it for but is large enough for a desk and full bed. Also, there is a fan ambient noise by the kitchen that is permanent, does not affect sleeping, but is hard to hear things happening in other rooms.
