Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for someone to sub-lease a spacious private room in a 6th floor walk-up (top floor). The apartment is in a great location that is only a short walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, subways, and grocery stores. The apartment has a kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, two bathrooms, and living room. You will be living with 5 male roommates (25 -30 years old in age) that work in finance, accounting and media. The roommates are very friendly and occasionally grab drinks and dinner with each other. The sub-lease will start the 29th of August (potentially can do earlier) and will last until October 31st with the option to enter into a 1 year lease.
