I have identified the building and I am in talks with them to finalize a unit. I am planning to take 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath unit and putting a flex wall complete with a lockable door in the living room for full privacy. Even after the flex wall the room will be big enough with windows and and easily fit a queen bed and still have a lot of space to put dressers and roam about freely. We will share the cost to put up the wall. All utilities (electricity/wifi) will be shared. I will be taking the master bedroom. I have lived in another such building in midtown and this setting work perfectly well. The other room feels like a second bedroom itself!
