Unique and historical landmark building with original details kept and units gut renovated. Lounge area and a billiard table, laundry room, gym and a rooftop/view of the city. You'll be living in a vibrant, young and artistic area, 5 min walk to the Myrtle Ave stop on the JMZ train - 15 min to the Lower East Side, 15 min walk to the Morgan Ave L train (to Williamsburg and Union Square). I'm looking for some calm and tidy to rent and take well care of my place while I travel. You would need to prove employment and provide 2 month's rent upfront (one rent and one deposit). Electricity usage will be added to rent as it varies with usage. Strict non-smoker.
