Why are you looking for a renter? We love this apartment but we are planning to move in with some friends closer to our offices. What do you love about this place? Lofted bedroom means lots of space with super high (10 ft+) ceilings. Live in super. Laundry in the building. Across the street from a grocery store and blocks from East River Plaza. Large, bright windows. What isn't so great about this place? Walls are thin but the neighbors are quiet. No counter space, closet space is limited. 0.41 miles from 116 6 stop, 0.46 miles from 125 4,5,6 stop. 5th floor walk up. More photos coming!
