Why are you looking for a renter? We are moving out of state and transferring our lease for the apartment. What do you love about this place? Pros: - Breathtaking views of Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn from a high floor with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. If you ever wanted to live the luxury NYC high-rise experience, this is the way to go. (If you’re going to be stuck inside anyways, you might as well wake up every day to a view of the Empire State Building bathed in the morning and sunset glow). - Building was built in the last 5 years so everything (walls, floorboards, appliances) is super new and clean! - In-unit washer/dryer - Tons of natural light from multiple exposures and large windows - Near all major subway lines: A,C,E,2,3,4,5,N,Q,R,G,B,D - Amenities are incredible (includes a 75-foot pool, gym, outdoor space, yoga studio, dog run, library, bike storage, movie rooms, yoga studio, rooftop views, though these are closed temporarily due to covid). - Pet-friendly building - Friendliest staff we’ve met! They host multiple events (Merengue class, Thanksgiving feast, movie nights, etc.) per month Did I mention the view? What isn't so great about this place? Brooklyn is not Manhattan....but we're so close to all public transportation, Manhattan is a bike ride away, and the waterfront is beautiful!
