This month my roommate and I are moving back home to be with our families. We are looking for someone to fill the open apartment when we leave. The rent is quite inexpensive for such a large (850 sqft) and nice place, and we are happy to leave the apartment furnished if you'd like. All the furniture is only 6 to 8 months old and in great condition. We have 3 months left on our lease, but the landlord is open to anyone who would like to move in for just 3 months, or if you want to move in for a year, you can start a new 12 month lease starting in June. Security Deposit is 1 and 1/2 months rent. If you are only moving in for 3 months, we can discuss decreasing the security deposit. Water is included in rent, so the only utilities you will need to pay for is gas and electric, and internet/cable if you're interested. We can help you set up all of your gas/electric and internet with the companies we use. Internet + Gas/Electric together cost about $140-160/month. The kitchen is awesome! It has a very nice gas stove, oven, tons of counter space, a large refrigerator, and a microwave. Both bedrooms have large closets and enough space for a queen size bed, a nightstand, and a desk with plenty of walking space in between all of them. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment which gives both people their space for peace and quiet when they need it. Laundry is located in the building and and is always very reliable.
