Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving out of NY What do you love about this place? Sublet available in an amazing 7-unit building in Grammercy near 30th and Park Ave. Looking for someone to move-in around February/March and stay through the end of the lease in October (you'll have the option to renew as well). May be willing to lease the unit furnished if desired. The apt is very large with room for a large kitchen table, desk, couch, coffee table, and plenty of room to spare. The unit was renovated several months ago with brand new floors, kitchen, and bathroom. The apt has two massive windows that let in a lot of natural light, a dishwasher, and a crazy amount of storage. What isn't so great about this place? No doorman
