Due to a life event, we are looking to sublet our beautiful 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in Battery Park. The building has it all - free gym, roof access, tenants lounge with a view of the Statue of Liberty, a pool & sauna (not included in rent), laundry on every floor, plus all the free amenities of Battery Park. The space is filled with sunlight and has eastern exposure. Fantastic views of the river and Jersey City. Best of all, it is the quietest apartment in NYC. Building is pet friendly.
