Looking for someone to take over the terms of my Bedly lease until August 31st, after which you can extend with Bedly. This is in a 3-story building on Terrace Avenue in the Heights, midway between Hoboken and Weehawken. It's just 20 minutes from NYC and fewer than 10 minutes from the Trader Joe's in Hoboken. This is one bedroom in a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom, dual level unit. It is the only bedroom in the house with 2 (two!) 5'x5'huge walk-in closets. The apartment is fully furnished and and all utilities are included, even WiFi. Twice a month professional cleaners come in to attend to the common areas. The bright and spacious kitchen has ample counter and storage space. The appliances, including a dishwasher are stainless steel. A dining table and chairs complete the kitchen furnishings. This cozy bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, side table and lamp. A closet and a bureau provide room for storage. A desk and chair complete the furnishings. There is one tall grid accented window. A simple background check is needed and a security deposit-- NO CREDIT CHECK NECESSARY! High speed internet, electricity, heat, hot water... all included. A cleaner comes in a couple times a month, as well; it's all included in the price of the rent.
