The apt is on the top floor of a 3 story house and is on corner lot, so the entire place gets tons of sunlight. This room is especially nice in the mornings. The house is older construction and it has lots of little quirks and details that you find in these older Brooklyn homes. What isn’t so great about this place? There are thing you find in older buildings that come up. Electrical system can get overworked and not a lot of outlets, and the radiators can rattle some in the winter.
