Large bedroom available in spacious 4 bedroom (+ spare room), 3 bathroom apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The Room: Master-sized room, with dual AC/heating unit, access to a fire escape and ensuite access to a shared bathroom. Currently fits a queen bed, chest of drawers and several clothing racks, with lots of space left over. The room gets great natural light and has beautiful high ceilings (they continue throughout the apartment). The Apartment: The place is really spacious and super comfortable to live in. It has an updated kitchen, large living area, separate dining area, washer/dryer and a spare room (which we use for guests to stay in and random storage). The Location: The apartment is at the bottom of Greenpoint, right near Williamsburg and McCarran Park. There are a lot of excellent cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, but the street itself is quiet and safe. Its 1 block from the G train (Nassau) and 10 mins walk from the Bedford L. The Roommates: You would be living with 2 amazing gals (both 25) who are very respectful and friendly - up for a glass of wine and a chat, but also chilled out. They are very warm, fun and really easy to live with. Looking for someone to sign a 12 month lease starting June 1st (flexible for an earlier May move in date). Monthly rent is $1,612.50. The landlord requires first and last month's rent, in addition to a security deposit of 2x the monthly rent.
