Hey guys, helping my aunt find a roommate in her ridiculously spacious apartment. We've converted the living room into a bedroom and its located at Fort Hamilton Parkway & Caton Ave (Kensington). The room is massive, and furnished! The Summary - $1000/month for large furnished room including utilities, cable and internet - Split household supplies - Available immediately - 30 seconds to the Church Av F&G Church Ave train stop (literally 1/2 block away) - Male or female wanted. Clean, responsible, etc etc The Apartment + Building - 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment, rooms on opposite sides of unit - Elevator building, top floor - Huge kitchen, open layout, close to your room - Lots of storage in the apartment, if you need to put away items The Room - Converted from the living room, hence space is enormous - Furnished with bed, couch, and table.
