Plus dishwasher - Laundry in building - Large rooftop with views spanning the Verrazano bridge and the Statue of Liberty What isn't so great about this place? - Not a ton of kitchen storage space OR closet space, so you'll need to get creative with shelving and storage The current lease ends 7/5/2020, and can be renewed for 12 or 24 month terms afterwards.
