Private room in Hoboken, NJ

Why are you looking for a renter? I got another job and need to move to a different city right away. I'm looking to sublet my room in a 3 bed/2bath apartment for the last 2 months. Lease ends in November but can be extended if needed. What do you love about this place? It's all about location and convenience. Perfect for someone working in the city as the commute is less than 30 minutes with only 5 minute walk to Path. Only a couple blocks away from downtown Hoboken which will give you access to all the restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also, willing to sell my bed, desk if needed. More than happy to entertain all offers and willing to work to get these sold at any price. What isn’t so great about this place? Honestly, nothing bad about this place. I wouldn't be moving if I hadn't gotten this new job.
