Entire place in Long Island City, NY

In search for a roommate to our 3 bedroom one bathroom apartment in Astoria. The entire apartment is drenched with sunlight. Our landlord has listed the room monthly rent for $850, utilities are included except for electric which will be $40 a month, so $890 total for rent. This room is the smallest one of the apartment so it’s listed for a cheaper price than the other two rooms in the apartment. Its ideal for someone who doesn’t need a ton of space but there is a closet inside the room. We do split WiFi which is $24 a month each. We are looking for someone that is clean, mindful of others & shared spaces, friendly enough to have a cordial conversation & down to earth. The apartment is already furnished, so you will only need furniture for your room. :) (Sorry in advance no pets please.) **Please note there is no credit check but will need to provide a pay stub, monthly deposit and first month’s to move in. So that’s 1,740 total. In addition to the apartment being month to month base ! You are not tided to lease but please give a respectful 30 day notice if/when you are planning to move out.** Extra info: This apartment is in A very safe and quiet neighborhood especially during the evenings. Walking distance from the N & W train along with endless options of bars, restaurants and shopping. About Us: Both well rounded individuals. Myself in my mid 20’s and Ayman in early 30’s. We are very out going, down to earth, tidy and respectful of our roommate’s space. We do use the common spaces quite often (living room & kitchen) along with hosting friends over from time to time. We welcome you to do the same and feel as comfortable as possible in the space. Our home has a welcoming atmosphere and NO hostile tension which we prefer to keep that way. We are also a 420 friendly home! :) Ayman and I have do hangout inside and outside the apartment of course so ideally we are looking for someone who won’t be antisocial. In addition to having similar interests and good vibes in the living space. We are happy to answer an question or concerns.
