Why are you looking for a renter? As I need to move due to work relocation by the end of this month, I would like to find someone who is truly interested in my lovely apt and take over my lease. What do you love about this place? My apartment is on 40th floor of a luxury building, located at the most convenient location in Jersey City, with indoor hallway direct to Journal Square PATH station (which is the 1st stop of 33rd/WTC line, 10min to Manhattan and seat guaranteed all the time!) It is the most spacious layout within the building, around 830 sq feet for an 1B1B, and with 3 French windows (two in the living room, and 1 in the bedroom) all face to Manhattan - the view is extremely astonishing no matter day or night! The building itself has everything you need: gym, yoga room, in-unit laundry, library, rooftop, pool, lounges, pool table, family movie theater, and all those a luxury building necessities. There is a cafe place right next to the entrance of the building, and within 2min walk you can get to Starbucks, Duane Reade, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, etc. Really satisfying life living here!
