**female applicants only, please** I’m leaving for business school! I hate to leave this apartment, I’ve lived here with my friends for 3 years and it is a gem, so many wonderful memories. A 10-minute walk from Porter Station and 15 minutes from Davis Square, this FIRST FLOOR apartment is HUGE and spacious, 10-foot ceilings, modern stainless steel appliances (including garbage disposal and dishwasher), beautiful hardwood floors and exposed brick. Closet in every room., along with two huge shared storage closets, AND A BASEMENT for storage. Central air for heat and AC, neither of which are ever more than $80-100 a month, usually more like $30-50 in the temperate summer months. The kitchen opens up onto a large furnished deck, so warm and pleasant for sitting and relaxing in the warmer months. Ample, easy street parking available. My current roommates (who you will be living with) are two of my closest friends, they are considerate and clean, always asking whether they can pick anything up for you at the grocery store. This apartment has been the best living experience of my life, it’s truly a gem and I hope it continues to treat my friends and their future roommates well :) (Must rent through Aug 31)
