Entire place in East Flatbush, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I absolutely LOVE this apartment! It's bittersweet for me to leave it but I'm starting a new chapter in my life and moving in with my boyfriend. 2 Blocks from the 2/5 train at church ave OR 4 blocks from Winthroop Ave on the 2/5 train Some small pieces of furniture I need to keep but most of it will be left in the apartment until the lease ends. (July 15th) If you prefer no furniture i will remove it before you take over the lease. What do you love about this place? The apartment is located in the back of a pre-war building so it's very quiet. It also has a large foyer with three huge closets so there is plenty of space for storage. The kitchen has new appliances, is large enough to fit a dinette and has ample counter space + cabinet space; perfect kitchen for people who love to cook.I spent a lot of time in there! I have a queen sized bed in the bedroom and plenty of space around the bed to walk around + i have two large dressers in the room. The living room is also a wide open space, large enough for a dining section and a living section. There is a little gated in grass area in front of the building which comes in handy for my small dog. She loves to run around in there! Prospect Park is a short 15 min walk, perfect for people who love to escape to a little nature. Plus in the summer Smorgasbord is super close, for the foodies ;) What isn't so great about this place? It's a pre-war building so the pipes/heating are a little older. Occasionally they will make loud noises but only for a few minutes then it stops. It doesn't happen often but maybe once or twice a day in the winter.
