Why are you looking for a renter? Relocating to the west coast :) What do you love about this place? Hi everyone! I am moving and am looking for someone to take over the lease of my 1-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg, BK from Jan 30th (flexible move in) through July 31st 2020 with the option to renew. Price: $2995 until July 31st (one time 1.5 month free over 12 month lease). Goes up to $3386 after July 31. This apartment is a large sunlit, animal friendly 1 bedroom located in East Williamsburg – perfect size for couples!  The space has been completely renovated with all stainless-steel appliances, high ceilings, HUGE walk in closet, storage closet, in unit washer and dryer, central air/heat with Nest technology, dimming lights etc. Includes access to a large shared balcony – neighbors are extremely friendly 🙂 Only a 5-minute walk to the Lorimer JMZ/L trains. The area is quiet yet close to all the fun bars and restaurants that Williamsburg has to offer. What isn't so great about this place? No common area or gym
