So we decided not to renew our lease, but we were just a day too late. What do you love about this place? The views out our windows are wonderful. You can see the skyline of Manhattan while also catching a glimpse of Brooklyn off in the distance. We love the entrance of our building in particular. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel grounded and at home. Everything you could want is either next-door or just a couple blocks away. With a coffeeshop, a nail salon, and subway entrance of Queens Plaza right underneath the building (with multiple MTA lines close by), you'll feel spoiled. HUGE walk-in closet in hallway and large closet in the bedroom. Other awesome features include: Access to 3 different rooftops & lounges in each building. Private 1 acre lawn for tenants only with grills and a dog park 5 floor amenities building with so many perks - golf simulator, tech stations, 2 POOLS (an indoor lap pool & a seasonal rooftop pool, steam room, sauna, NBA-sized basketball court, racketball court, and a full-size light-filled gym, with Pilates reformers, Peloton bikes, and actual in person group fitness classes as well. I'm in the city in 10 minutes since it's only 1 or 2 stops to Manhattan. E,M,R,7,G,N,W trains are nearby. What isn't so great about this place? The package room has some weird hours you'll have to adjust to, but once you acclimate to their schedule of hours it's a breeze.
