Large living room with a view of the entire north east side of Manhattan (25th Floor). Kitchen has storage as well as a gas stove. We will include our A/C units as part of the rental. Full time doorman at front and back doors and there are on-site maintenance staff as well. Laundry in building. Apartment can be easily fitted to Spectrum or Verizon FIOS. Gas/Heat/Water are included in rent. Right on the 1 line and a 10 minute walk from Columbia or Barnard. Cats and small dogs are okay. What isn't so great about this place? 1100 Units. No outdoor space.
