Amazing one bedroom apartment with huge oversized windows looking out onto Prospect Park. The building is newly renovated, with modern appliances, built-in washer and dryer, and central AC. Is it furnished? Yes - the apartment is fully furnished (as in the photos) until the lease ends. At that point you can purchase the furniture. The bedroom has different furniture than pictured. What’s the neighborhood like? The area is calm, and neighbors are very respectful and quiet. The B and Q subways are just a few blocks away to get to Manhattan or other parts of Brooklyn. If you prefer to stay close, there are plenty of restaurants a few minutes east and south of the park to explore. What’s the landlord like? The management company is very professional and attentive if any issues come up. Are pets allowed? Yes.
