Private room in Bushwick, NY

One of our roommates is moving out when our current lease ends (10/1/19), so we need someone to replace him! You'd be getting the second largest room in the apartment, which can easily fit a queen sized bed plus a desk and other furniture. There's a large closet and split AC unit within the room. The kitchen has a dishwasher for anyone to use. The rent is $1,115 + electric (around ~$30 per person on average) + FiOS internet ($25 per person). The apartment is located in the heart of Bushwick and is a 5 minute walk to either the Kosciuszko Street J station or the Central Ave M station. Either method of transportation will get you into Manhattan within 20 minutes. There's also a Citibike station about 5 minutes away! There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. Building amenities include: - Full-time doorman - Package room - Laundry in building - Gym - Game room/lounge area - Rooftop - Outdoor area with BBQ grills - Bike storage & parking lot - WiFi throughout the building About us: we're both males in our mid-20s. We're clean, respectful of space and noise, and we're friendly. We don't have any pets, but the building allows for them so that's not an issue. We've really enjoyed living here (2 years so far) and have had no real problems. The super lives onsite and is quite nice. He usually fixes whatever issue crops up within a couple days.
