Private room in Astoria, NY

Looking for a roommate for a private, large master bedroom on its own floor in a two floor two bedroom apartment in heart of Astoria/LIC! Your space: -You would have an entire floor to yourself so LOTS of space & privacy -Your room is 310 square feet (not including closet or bathroom) so its the size of a studio apartment -It can fit a full bed, a full desk, large vanity, two desk chairs, two bookshelves, dresser, couch, tv stand, coffee table, wardrobe, shelves, guitar, and still have plenty of space left over - Your own private half bath -Huge double door closet with built-in shelves -Two full sized windows -We would share the shower in the full bathroom & the full kitchen on the ground floor -There is a 5 month old bed & TV stand available for you to purchase for a very discounted price from previous tenant, if you're interested (not the same furniture pictured, photos are from a previous tenant) The apartment: - in heart of Astoria (btwn Broadway & 30th ave) - Aug 1st move-in (can move in a few days before, if needed) - Large, private backyard - 4 min walk to N/W, 10 mins to R. (about 15 min to get into manhattan) - Ground floor two level with 1.5 bathrooms - Your share of rent is $1350 - A few doors down from laundry, grocery nearby. - Utilities NOT included: we split evenly the ConEd (including heat) & TWC (internet only) bills - never had mice or bug problems except for occasional ant or fly -lease is month-to-month You: - Mid-20's-early 30's - Female - true 9-5 job, stable income - Doesn't "bring the party home" - Doesn't like to entertain or have people over often - No "third roommates" or couples (occasional weekend visitors are fine) - Cleans up after themselves - Respectful - Not a homebody - Pays rent & utilities on time - No pets (I love animals but building doesn't allow them) -Not looking for a best friend, just a nice, respectful roommate! Me: I am a 27 yr old female actor & writer. I used to work a 9-5 so I'm respectful of that life. I work from home, either writing, working on a script or self taping an audition. I also coach acting so there may be students over from time to time but this will mostly happen while you are at work if you have a 9-5. I'm laid back and easy to get along with.
