Private room in Williamsburg, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My wife and I travel a lot for work between NYC and LA. We both alternate working in LA so you would only see one of us a month. We only need one room in the 2 bedroom apartment. The Large bedroom is available for 1-2 month, possibility for more for the right person. The bedroom gets lots of light, with large windows and fire escape. It's furnished with a desk, a chest of drawers and we can add a rolling shelving rack, along a brand new queen-size bed and a side table. There is no closet in the bedroom. Our apartment has a full bath, descent sized kitchen and is the common space. The apartment is on the 5th floor. We are looking for someone (not a couple) with a job, responsible and very clean. My wife and I are subletting our larger bedroom, we travel for work so we are in and out most of the time. What do you love about this place? The apartment is located in a trendy neighborhood of Williamsburg Brooklyn. It's steps away from great restaurants, bars, and coffee shop. It's also 2 stops from Manhattan. The L and G train are 3 blocks away and the J,M and Z are 4 blacks away. What isn’t so great about this place? It's a walk up and there is no laundry in the building but plenty of laundry drop off places with in a block and a half.
