Private room in Fenway–Kenmore, MA

What do you love about this place? - It's a HUGE apartment for the area (1200 sq. ft), it has large bay windows that overlook the Charles River and esplanade and has been recently remodeled with crown molding, hardwood flooring and a modern kitchen. The master bedroom is very large (queen size bed in picture!) and and also has a private, ensuite bathroom + separate closet space. - The apartment also comes with a dedicated parking spot on Back St. (such a big perk - usually $250 a month but it's included with the apartment). Great for commuters - it's literally right off Storrow so very easy to get in/out without dealing with city traffic. Can also rent out since it's right next to Fenway! (usually get ~$25 a game) - It also has a dedicated in-unit washer/dryer, a guest bathroom (that my roommate also uses) and central AC + humidity control. - Walkable to MIT or Prudential Center. 2 min walk to green line (kenmore). 2 blocks from Fenway Park! What isn't so great about this place? - The place honestly has very little problems – it's on the 4th floor and so street noise is pretty minimal. It does have an elevator, but it's kind of small with manually opening doors. Heat and hot water is included, but the AC is electric and can run up a little bit during the summer ($400 electric during peak summer, $100 during winter). Why are you looking for a renter? - I'm moving to New York at the end of August, and I'm looking to find someone to take over my part of the lease for the next year! I have one roommate who is in his mid-20s and is a consultant and travels Monday - Thursday every week - meaning the apartment is to yourself most of the time! He's looking to renew our lease for another year so I'm just trying to rent my room out. He's super chill/personable, neat and treats the place really well! 12 month lease starting on September 1st - $2300/month. Please let me know if you're interested and I can set up a showing!
