Private room in Boerum Hill, NY

I’m renting out my 15 x 12 bedroom in this beautiful apartment on the border of Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill! Looking for someone to move in November 30, but I’m flexible on that date—the latest you can move in is December 15. Earlier than 11/30 is possible too! Sublease will go to April 30, 2020, with possibility to renew. Rent is $1375 a month—a steal for this area. Only one other roommate who works regular hours and is very quiet, clean, and peaceful. Bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Utilities not included, but they were always under $100 in summertime, and will be even lower in winter. Some pros: -Laundry in building -2 blocks (3 minute walk) from F/G at Bergen St, less than 8 minutes to 2/3/4/5 at Borough Hall, R at Court St, and 10 minutes to A/C at Jay Street. Also, many buses nearby. -Very responsive super -Room has been rewired to support a window AC unit -Overhead storage in room (room can come with step ladder) and very large closet -Right off Smith St, which is full of bars and restaurants -Short wall to Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope -Blink Fitness and New York Sports Club are on the block, YMCA is a 5 minute walk away -Trader Joe’s is 5 minutes away, Key Food is 8 minutes away
