Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Looking for a quiet, responsible renter to take over the last 3 months (*March 1st to May 31st*) of the lease on sunny studio near the East River, since I will be moving in with my longtime significant other when their lease ends in February. The building is relatively quiet, and the unit is large (9ft+ ceilings, with ~400sqft of room) and has a dishwasher, very large closet (and additional storage space), marbled bathroom with vanity, large double-paned windows (just installed this past spring) and a built in A/C. Fire-escape just outside the window is wide and can also be a nice place to hang out on when the weather is warm! The apartment is 7 minute walk from the Q (2 avenues at 84th street) and 12 minute walk to the 4/5/6, and a 4 minute walk to the M86 crosstown. The best feature is the proximity to Carl Schurz park along the East River; excellent running/biking path and a wonderful alternative to Central park for sunbathing/picnics in the spring/summer! The downsides... Fifth floor walk-up, and no laundry in the building (though there are several laundromats in a 1-2 block radius).
