Why are you looking for a renter? You would be living with some dope people, 1 guy is an artist and musician, another guy is a wardrobe stylist and I'm a tv/film producer. Everyone is super busy ad always doing something to help push their visibility to help gain more work. We have a large "partially furnished" bedroom for rent right on the border of Sherman Oaks/North hollywood/Van Nuys, right off of Woodman and Victory Blvd. Inside the room is a queen size memory foam bed, a tv stand, a very large closet, 4 very large cabinets above the closet, plus a few drawers for your clothes. You would have your own room in a 3 bedroom house, with a shared bathroom. Plus a very large backyard with a patio area and fruit trees all around! The living room has tons of space, and the kitchen and dining area are equally sizable so there’s plenty of space to do your thing. There’s plenty of street parking and all utilities are included. Also, the room is being rented on a month to month basis, or we can accommodate special requests depending on your situation. Also, NO CREDIT CHECK needed. Upon move in we require a Deposit and we will "Pro-Rate the Rent accordingly, based on the date you move in. Please keep in mind that upon move out, its up to YOU to find a replacement!!! What do you love about this place? This place is huge, has a nice fenced backyard with fruit trees, a separate building in the back that is a "surprise" and a nice patio area with lots of shade. Also the house is near the 101, 405, and 170. What isn't so great about this place? The only thing i don't like about the place is the fact that sometimes our road has flooded due to rain.
