Private room in Ocean Hill, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am a student at the New School and am moving to Manhattan so I can walk to school. I have no preferences for a renter, as long as they can pay rent on time! What do you love about this place? I'm subletting a room in my Bushwick apartment from February 1st until June 1st, when the lease ends. The bedroom is large, costs $1,100 a month plus about $50 utilities and comes furnished with a full bed, large desk, and small dresser. The apartment is on Macon street just off of Broadway and Halsey, only a block away from the J train. The ride into Manhattan is only about 15 minutes long! It's a four bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen area, with a TV and an additional large closet for storage. There's also an in-building washer and dryer and rooftop access. Couples are welcome -- the room and the bed are both big enough to accommodate two people. Pets are also allowed; one of our current roommates has a very well behaved beagle mix dog. These photos were taken before the room was furnished; it now has a full bed and desk, and there is a couch and TV in the common room. What isn't so great about this place? One of the other roommates has a small/medium sized beagle mix dog -- she's super friendly and well-behaved, but it's important that you don't have a dog allergy!
