This is 1 ROOM FOR RENT out of a total of 4 rooms. 3 males are currently there. Utilities are included except AC usage. We take 1st month, last month & security deposit = $750 x 3 = $2250. This way you do not pay your last month of rent when you leave and you will receive your security deposit back once your last month is complete. If you have credit over 700 and pass other qualification pretty high, you can just pay the security deposit & last month rent: $750 x 2 = $1500. Other roommates on the floor are all professionals.
