Why are you looking for a renter? Currently looking to move due to a new job. Current roommate is staying in the unit. What do you love about this place? Huge 2 bedroom flex (partial wall divider) with 1 bathroom on the 24th floor of Parc East in Kips Bay with incredible view of downtown Manhattan. Entire apartment gets great light and master bedroom easily large enough for a king bed. Bedroom has a huge closet and the apartment as a whole has tons of common storage. Newly renovated kitchen with full-sized dishwasher and oven, and lots of counter & cabinet space. The building has laundry in the basement with a gym as well as a wash & fold/dry cleaner in the lobby. Electric is between $35-$60/month depending on AC usage, and Spectrum cable and WiFi is $60/month. What isn't so great about this place? Only real downside is the apartment is flexed with a wall to ceiling gap
