Our buddy is having a kid and is moving out. Your spacious master bedroom offers plenty of space for furniture and a desk. It has its own walk-in closet offering plenty of room for storage. There is also an "anteroom" that can double as a work space or as the prior roommate used it as closet space. It's almost it's own studio and works great for couples that want their private space. It has beautiful natural light during sunsets with an EPIC view from the master bedroom, guaranteed to bring a tear to your eye every time. The house has had a recent interior renovation, the entire house is hardwood floors. The official move-in date will be July 1st, but this is negotiable as the previous roommates will be leaving earlier.
