Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My wife and I are looking to relocate for the summer and potentially longer. Our lease would need to be assigned, but we're open to exploring options regarding the furnishings. What do you love about this place? This apartment is fantastic. It was renovated sometime in the last few years. It's the largest one bedroom in our building with a 12.5'x25' patio facing away from the street and lined with five trees. The place has stainless steel appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Lots of natural light. Whole Foods, a Subway, a YMCA, and the F train 2nd Ave Station are directly below the building and a park is right across the street. What isn't so great about this place? The gym costs extra (currently closed to Co-vid). You can sometimes feel vibrations from passing subway trains; however, we nor any of our guests have ever had an issue with it if they even notice.
