Private room in Lower Allston, MA

Why are you looking for a renter? I'll be travelling for most of the summer, so the room would otherwise go unoccupied. That said, I'm sad to leave this place! Great roommates. Great location. Great house. What do you love about this place? There's lots to love about 61 Brentwood St. To name a few... Off street parking with ample room for guests is a huge plus; in-unit washer/dryer is great; my room essentially has its own bathroom + shower; Star Market, Stop & Shop, AND Trader Joe's are all easily within walking distance - take your pick; there is a sweet new recreational area nearby, in addition to Harvard's athletic facilities; Brighton Street is a 10 min walk away and home to some amazing restaurants and trivia; we have room in the back with a little yard to hang out in; and last, but not least, the best roommates in Boston. What isn't so great about this place? The basement is unfinished, so great for storage, but not to spend time in. That said, having a washer/dryer down there is a HUGE plus. We don't have a T stop super close by; but, 10 minutes on foot will get you to the green line.
