Private room in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for people who are clean quiet and respectful. The apartment is full of great amenities including a washer/dryer and is on the top floor of an elevator building so no loud people above you. I call it the "penthouse" What do you love about this place? Lots of space. Top floor. Air conditioners in all rooms. Great heat. Super hot water. All the things that a good NY apartment should have but many don't. What isn't so great about this place? I'd say the one bathroom but that's very common in NYC.
