The room is bright, has a ceiling fan, large closet and is furnished with a queen sized bed, three dressers, writing desk, AC unit and a brand new 43" 4K Roku enabled television all included in the price. High Speed Fios WiFi Internet and Utilities included. This is the perfect place for someone looking to stay in NYC for a few months or as a jumping off spot while they get settled and find a place of their own. Bathroom is shared. You are welcome to use the common area/living room and anything contained within. Only other housemate is myself. I have a super friendly house cat who loves to snuggle so if you don't like cats or are allergic, this might not be the best option for you! About Me I am a manager of one the neighborhoods best bar/restaurants so I am only home during the day on weekdays and a couple of weeknights. I also work weekends.
