Why are you looking for a renter? LARGE room available in a 3-bed, 1-bath apartment in Washington Heights. Newly renovated. Must be able to stay for the entire term (May-September 30th). The move-in date is flexible. About the Building: -Wheelchair access -Elevator -Laundry -Pets allowed -Close to the C, A, and 1 trains About the roommates: -One male in his 40s, professional and clean. -One female in her 20s, dancer, professional and clean. -Neither of them has a pet, but are okay with pets. (The cats in the pictures are ours and will be leaving with us). The apartment has a HUGE kitchen. The room itself has two large windows that let in lots of natural light. Perfect for a couple! Must apply with the landlord to sublet. Quick and easy. No broker fee! We are offering our 4-drawer bed frame, desk, 6-drawer dresser, and memory foam mattress for $700. All of these were purchased when we moved here 6 months ago and are in great condition. The zipper closet we have an stay for free if you want it. It works fine! What do you love about this place? Newly renovated and clean. Large room and kitchen. Lots of natural light. Easy to get around Manhattan. Quiet neighborhood. What isn't so great about this place? It doesn't have a living room, but that's okay because the other roommates keep to themselves anyway.
