Private room in Greenpoint, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am buying a place and will be moving there. I am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends July 31. What do you love about this place? Greenpoint is a fantastic neighborhood full of fun people, bars, and restaurants. It has a neighborhood feel. This room is probably among the cheapest you will find in the area and only one block from the G train. The living area is also quite large with a big window. What isn't so great about this place? The room has a small window, which isn’t ideal, but the living area does have a lot of light. It can sometimes get a bit messy just because there are 6 people in the apartment. All said, it’s not a huge deal but can be a drawback for some people.
