Private room in North of the Panhandle, CA

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a new roommate as my current one had to leave unexpectedly (I'm the only other tenant). Open to short or long-term, available as of Feb 11th. This is a 2 bedroom with a small living room, large eat-in kitchen, and shared bathroom. The available bedroom is large and can be left furnished if you want - there's a queen bed with frame (room for storage underneath), dresser, and nightstand. We can also remove the furniture if you don't need it. Main details: - Rent is $1450. We pay the same amount - it's just the total rent (2900) shared between both of us. - Utilities are usually around an extra $100 or so additionally - I'll show you all bills. This includes tv + internet, cleaning, and PG&E (gas and electric). - We both pay at the beginning of each month. - Apt is around Hayes and Baker. Fantastic neighborhood full of restaurants, cafes, and bars. - I'm a 34-year-old female and am the only other roommate. I work M-F and leave around 8am and don't get back until around 8-9pm usually. I travel semi-regularly, but do like sleeping in on the weekends, so you'll see me from time to time :) - Sorry, no pets. I like them, but my landlord doesn't. The room is pretty quiet and spacious, around 150 square feet or so, with a large closet and full-length mirror. Living room has mounted TV above a fireplace, and loads of sunshine/windows.
