Private room in Bergen/Lafayette, NJ

Looking for a female between 22-30 to sublet a room (unfurnished) in my 2 bedroom apartment for a minimum of 3 months(will give more details if interested) You are free to stay and sign a new lease after I’m gone. Must be a clean roommate and ok with a dog. I have a small shih tzu however he wouldn’t be allowed in your room if not wanted. Security deposit required / utilities not included.
