1 bedroom is opening up in our 3 bedroom cozy clinton hill apartment. Available for immediate move in. I moved to be closer to work, and the subletter I found fell through This is the largest bedroom in the apartment and it is huge. It can fit a queen sized bed, and various other furniture. It has exposed brick and lots of light. The rent for the entire apartment is $3100, but we currently have the rents divvied up by room size. The rent for this bedroom is $1150. This does not include utilities, which you will be responsible for. You will be sharing the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with one really chill Pratt architecture graduate student who is rarely there, and a busy Hunter student. Most excitingly, there is a washer and dryer in the unit!! The apartment will be mostly unfurnished, so you are welcome bring your own couch and tables, etc. You will be required to sign a subletters agreement, but our landlord has agreed to transfer the lease directly to the new tenant. As a result, we are preferably looking for someone who is willing to sign a 5-6 month lease directly with our landlord. As such, we are looking for someone who has good income and credit (above 700), or has a guarantor that has good income and credit. International students are eligible with an additional deposit. You will need to submit an application. The apartment is right beside Pratt Institute, easy access to the G train (5 min walk) and a couple of buses, including B38, B48, and B52.
