Looking for someone to take over the rest of the lease or for short term rental (ends in Sept 30th) in this 2 bedroom apartment with the option of renewing the lease with the management. Rent is $2125 excluding utilities and internet. 1 month deposit is required and that will put towards the rent. You will be sharing the apartment with 1 roommate. The room gets a lot of natural lights, clean, quiet and there is a/c and heating in the room. The room can come furnished with a queen size bed and clothing racks (price negotiable). In the heart of Williamsburg, this building is located right next to the pier. Brooklyn Harvest Market, Duane Reade, Whole Foods, cute coffee shops, within walking distance.
