Large room with a private bathroom

Why are you looking for a renter? a Master bedroom with a private bath and shower. (not furnished) I signed a one year lease which expires on Oct31 2019, but I am moving to NJ where my new office is. so the room will be available to move in on July 1st. the apt has a kitchen and living room. plus laundry inside the apt, which I will sadly miss. Also M train is 6 mins away knickerbocker stop which is 35 min to the city. :(. you will be sharing with two female roommates. both are working professionals.
