Private room in Crown Heights, NY

We have a large bedroom available in our 5 bedroom apartment. There is a common area with a full kitchen and a living room. The apartment has a total of 3 full bathrooms, one of which will be exclusively yours. The apartment itself is large and occupies the entire floor of the building. Your room is large (HUGE by Bushwick standards!) and will come unfurnished. There is space for any sized bed, a wardrobe, desk, etc. You'll also have a private bathroom. The apartment is located in a convenient location, 2 blocks from the JMZ Myrtle Ave./Broadway stop and a 5 minute walk from the L Morgan stop. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, grocery stores and laundromats. You'll be sharing the apartment with 4 roommates, there are 2 men and 2 women. Professionally; one of us works at FIT, one as a photographer, one at a framing company, and the other in retail. We have busy and varied schedules as well as social lives outside of the apartment. We are looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and respectful of others. If you're interested please let us know a little about yourself, what you do, any interests or hobbies. No pets and no smoking inside the apartment. If you're interested we can set up a time that you can come and check out the apartment. The monthly rent will be $875 if you choose to be included on the lease. If you would prefer a month to month rental situation then your monthly rent will be $925 a month.
